Nipam Kapani Joins WaterSurplus as Senior Electrical Engineer
LOVES PARK, ILLINOIS, May 4, 2021 – Today WaterSurplus announced the hiring of Nipam Kapani as Senior Electrical Engineer. Kapani has over 20 years of water treatment and systems control experience working for companies such as USFilter and RWS Design & Controls.
Kapani, a graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. At WaterSurplus, he joins the Engineering Division and is responsible for network integration and systems programming. “Nipam Kapani is a great fit for our organization,” said Steven Johnson, Vice President of Engineering. “He is intelligent, hard-working, and fun to be around.”
Besides his work as an electrical engineer, Kapani serves his local northern Illinois community as a volunteer firefighter for the Northwest Fire Protection District.
