Details:
This unused surplus 300 GPM brackish water reverse osmosis system gives municipal and industrial plants a fast path to high-capacity RO treatment without the lead time of a new build. The system is made up of three 100 GPM trains on a 316 stainless steel frame, so it can run at 100, 200, or 300 GPM as demand changes. Each train uses a two-stage 3:2 array of 8-inch FRP pressure vessels rated to 450 psi.
Each train includes a Shelco 12R40 cartridge filter housing for prefiltration and a Grundfos CRN32-8 high pressure pump, shipped loose for floor mounting on site. Chemical feed is handled by an antiscalant pump skid and a sodium bisulfite pump skid, each with three pumps. Controls include a GE PACSystems RX3i PLC with Ethernet and a GE QuickPanel 12-inch color touchscreen HMI.
Membranes (30 per train), the three VFDs, and system programming are not included. WaterSurplus can supply the membranes, VFDs, and write the programming for an additional cost.
