The Hydranautics ESPA2 MAX membranes provide optimum salt rejection and permeate flows. They are chosen when lower permeate TDS and lower feed pressures are needed. ESPA2 membranes offer highest energy efficiency at lowest costs and are used in large municipal wastewater reclamation plants.


The ESPA2 MAX variant with 440 sq. ft. active membrane surface area reduces capital costs by requiring fewer pressure vessels and less floor space.


The energy required to pressurize RO feed water is the largest contributor to the total energy consumption of the RO plant.
